Guidelines

1. Take the Print Out of the Registration Form .

2. Submit the duly signed Registration Form to the staff deputed at the Fee Counter of the school along with following documents : -

             i. Rs. 200/- (Two hundred ) cash against receipt

             ii. Birth Certificate of the child issued by a competent authority

             iii. A photograph of the child

             iv. Photocopy of ADHARD CARD of the child if available (For Name verification)

             v. Photocopy of the Family details in the Service book of the father ( For Name verification ) only

             vi. Parents Should Fill "-" in place of DD.No and DD Amount since the amount for admission will be submitted in cash
